Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer - CAD Location: OakBrook Terrace, IL Job Type and Duration: Onsite, Direct Hire Pay range: $85,000 - $125,000 This position is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys owning projects from concept through construction and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The projects are small and move quickly. Ranging from 2,000 SF to 50,000 SF small tenant buildouts, commercial, retail, and manufacturing facilities , with schedules that can range from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on project scope and complexity. Responsibilities: • Knowledge of HVAC Engineering • Code Review • Experience with: • HVAC Load calculations • Ductwork distribution • Equipment Selection • Specifications • Site survey • Shop drawing review QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience: 5 years + • B.S.
