Gene has a track record of success running a highly profitable, second-generation staffing business which has successfully withstood every economic downturn of the past 50 years. In 1994, he expanded to include ESPO Systems, which serves the burgeoning market of data security and data leakage protection. His keen business sense allows ESPO to remain nimble, client-centric in an ever-changing economy and market.
Senior Sales Executive
Hugh has been an Account Executive with ESPO Corporation since 1985. His business career includes successful sales positions with Dun & Bradstreet Corp. and Sprint. Hugh earned a BA in Communications from UIC and is a U.S. Army veteran serving in both the Regular Army and Reserves. He is a Chicago native, a long time member of Toastmasters International, and has served as a district governor.
Senior Technical Recruiter
Bill graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering Technology in 1986 from Northern Illinois University. His career at ESPO began shortly after in 1987, where he has consistently fostered relationships with clients and candidates alike. His 30+ years at ESPO have been dedicated to serving customers, clients and candidates primarily in engineering and technical recruitment, employment, and staffing.
Human resources manager
Rachel has over 10 years of HR experience in a multitude of fields ranging from full cycle recruiting, on-boarding and employee engagement programs, benefits administration, employee relations, labor relations and Union contract negotiations. Rachel meets with each candidate to explain the ESPO Brand and core values and is a key member in the recruitment process. She is a DePaul University alum and holds several HR certifications.
Suzie started her career in recruiting in 1995, and later moved into sales in 1997 where she remained for five years. After taking sometime off, she returned to ESPO part time in July 2011, only to advance to Senior Recruiter soon after. In July 2016. she was promoted to Recruiting Manager. Her background bridges both sales and recruitment and contributes to her effective leadership and communication.
