Screening
Our professional screening process is second-to-none.
We test applicant skills; their proficiency with necessary software, tools, procedures etc. We administer tests based on the software and tools candidates will be required to use on the job. Our tests are thorough, judging everything from program proficiency to words per minute accurately typed.
We also interview for, and keep a profile of, employee work habits. Do they come into work on-time and dependably? Are they able to meet deadlines quickly and efficiently? Only those with the best work habits and competence are retained as our contract employees.
Personality to Culture
We perform personality evaluation to keep in our employee profiles. Prior relationship with a client gives us an understanding of their corporate culture. Our personality profiles allow us to match an employee with a particular corporate culture. Background Check
For direct hire placements we perform background checks. And upon request, we also perform drug screening services. This helps insure that employers are able to make the most informed decision when considering particular individuals for permanent placement.
