The ESPO professional screening process is second-to-none.

First we test applicant skills; their proficiency with necessary software, tools, procedures etc. We administer tests based on the software candidates will be required to use on the job. These are usually in-depth tests for the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. We also test their typing skills to insure speed and accuracy are up to par for giving you the most productivity.

Next, we interview for, and keep a profile of, their work habits. Do they come into work on-time and dependably? Are they able to meet deadlines quickly and efficiently? Only those with the best work habits and competence are retained as our contract employees.

Finally, we perform personality evaluation to create a profile. Prior relationships with clients give us an understanding of their corporate culture. Our personality profiles allow us to match an employee with a particular corporate culture. Additionally, for direct hire placements we perform background checks. And by employer request, we perform employee drug screening. This helps us insure that employers are able to make the most informed decision when considering particular individuals for permanent placement.
